Refund Policy

At TradeHigh, we prioritize clear communication regarding refunds.
  1. Recorded Courses Once purchased, the fees for recorded courses are non-refundable. Access is provided immediately upon purchase, so cancellations are not possible after enrollment.
  2. Live Courses Fees for live courses are non-refundable under any circumstances. EMI payment options may be available via credit card where applicable. Please note, no partial or installment-based refunds are offered.
  3. Exceptions Refund requests may be considered only in cases of:
  • Duplicate payment errors.
  • Technical issues where access to the course was never granted.
All valid refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment to:  support@tradehigh.co.in
