1.3 “Course(s)” means any training program, module, live session, recorded content, workshop, mentoring session, or similar educational offering by us.
1.4 “Materials” refer to all course content including videos, slides, notes, tools, templates, quizzes, etc.
1.5 “Services” mean the access, support, mentoring, community interaction, and related features we provide.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our Services.

  1. Eligibility & User Information

3.1 You must be 18 years or older or have guardian consent to enroll.
3.2 Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
3.3 Keep your account credentials confidential and take responsibility for your account activity.

  1. Payment & Access

4.1 Fees must be paid fully before access unless an installment plan is offered.
4.2 Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, UPI, and wallets.
4.3 Fees are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4.4 Fees are in Indian Rupees and you are responsible for applicable taxes.
4.5 Access to recorded courses is generally immediate; live course access is provided before start date.
4.6 Sharing of credentials or unauthorized access is prohibited.

  1. Refunds, Cancellation & Withdrawal

5.1 Recorded course fees are non-refundable once access is granted, with exceptions for duplicate payments or failure to provide access.
5.2 Live/mentorship courses do not offer refunds post-enrollment except in exceptional circumstances.
5.3 Refund requests must be submitted within specified timelines via support channels.
5.4 Course cancellations by us may result in full refund or rescheduling.
5.5 You may have a cooling-off period if applicable by law.

  1. Intellectual Property

6.1 All course materials remain our property.
6.2 Use materials for personal learning only.
6.3 Copying, reselling, sublicensing, or unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
6.4 Access may be revoked for violation.

  1. Disclaimer & Risk Acknowledgment

7.1 Course content is solely for educational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, or trading advice.
7.2 No guarantees are made about financial outcomes or success from applying course materials.
7.3 Trading carries risk, and you accept responsibility for your trading decisions.

  1. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

8.1 Our liability is limited to fees paid.
8.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8.3 You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of our services or breach of terms.

  1. Termination / Suspension

9.1 Access may be suspended or terminated for violation of terms.
9.2 You may terminate participation but refunds are subject to policy.
